 was founded by Martin and Linda Hilchie in 2001. Since then we have helped over 60 families realize their dreams by building them quality, affordable homes. Being a member of Atlantic Home Warranty also brings a higher level of professionalism that our clients have grown to expect and which further protects their main investment.

We hire only trained professional staff.

 Our 7 full-time staff members have over 125 years of combined experience. Hilchie Quality Homes and Renovations is continually training and upgrading employees on all new construction, code upgrades, and improvements as they become available.

Being in business this long has also enabled us to find the best sub-trades - from plumbers to electricians to seam fillers we feel we have the best. And having the best ensures the quality that our client’s have grown to know and expect, and which our company demands.
